Each case will be evaluated individually and, at the consultant\u2019s discretion, an exception to the standard policy may be considered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation or Rescheduling Confirmation<br>Once the cancellation or rescheduling request is received, a written confirmation will be sent to the client, indicating the status of the request and the steps to follow (such as the refund process or the confirmation of a new date and time).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Policy Modifications<br>The consultant reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
