Services Policy

Late Cancellation:
If the notification is made less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session, a fee equal to 50% of the total session cost will be charged.

No-Show:
In the event that the client does not join the session without prior notification, 100% of the agreed fee will be charged.

3. Refunds and Rescheduling

Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours in Advance:
Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund or, alternatively, may be rescheduled at no additional cost, at the client’s discretion and subject to availability.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
The fees applied in these cases are non-refundable.

4. Special Circumstances
   In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the client is advised to notify as soon as possible. Each case will be evaluated individually and, at the consultant’s discretion, an exception to the standard policy may be considered.
5. Cancellation or Rescheduling Confirmation
   Once the cancellation or rescheduling request is received, a written confirmation will be sent to the client, indicating the status of the request and the steps to follow (such as the refund process or the confirmation of a new date and time).
6. Policy Modifications
   The consultant reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

By booking the session, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood this cancellation policy.
